伪满洲国皇陈列馆位于长春市东北角。占地4.3万平方米。这里原是清朝末代皇帝爱新觉罗.溥仪第三次登基时的宫殿。1931年“九.一八”事变，翌年日本 侵略在沈阳召开“东北行政委员会会议”。通过所谓“满洲国建国方案”，决定 成立伪满洲国执政府，以爱新觉罗.溥仪为“执政”，定“都”长春。改长春为 “新京”。同年2月18日，宣布伪满洲成立，3月8日，把溥仪从旅顺接到长春 。下榻与长春尹衙门。3月9日，溥仪就任执政， 年号“大同”。
