Located in the urban center, on the right bank of the Tâmega river and close to several hotels, the thermal complex fits into the riverside landscape requalified by the Polis project. Places to visit are Fonte do Povo and Buvete, which receive about 1 million visitors annually. The thermal complex has 6000m2 prepared to receive up to 15000 users / year, is divided into 5 buildings interconnected by a hexagonal atrium where the reception is located. In one of the buildings there is a Clinical Sector with Medical Offices and a Nursing Office. In the other two buildings are Balnearios Flavia and Vespasiano, connected by a tunnel. Balneotherapy services (hydromassage cabins with sauna, Turkish bath fed with thermal steam, Colon and rectum treatment services and respiratory tract services, rest rooms and support services, reading and games rooms.
