Historical street names are pretty common all around Netherlands. In this crossing in Schoonhoven, there bears the names of Jacoba van Beieren and Olivier van Noort. Jacoba was the countess of Holland and Zeeland (1401-1436), while Olivier being the first Dutchman to circumnavigate the world. He left Rotterdam on 2 July 1598 – and returned 22 February 1627.
