Railway Bridge near Mali Zvornik, Serbia
Serbia

The railway Tuzla - Zvornik is the latest normal railway line in Bosnia and Herzegovina built from 1986 to 1992 and opened to traffic in January 1992 just before the war in Bosnia. The route of the railroad passes through the longest tunnel in Bosnia and Herzegovina called "Križevići" and its lenght is more than 4500m. The railway was designed as a branch of a larger section connected with Mali Zvornik in Serbia by The Bridge on The Drina River and further with Loznica, Sabac and Belgrade. The photo was taken on the bank of The Drina River near The Railway Bridge mentioned above.
