Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. Paróquia Sagrado Coração de Jesus, Joinville - SC - Brasil

Located on the street Ignatius Bastos, 308, the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish was the second parish of Joinville. Then dismembered the Parish St. Francis Xavier Cathedral today. Who signed the decree was the diocesan bishop of Florianopolis, Dom Joaquim. The chapel of asylum (current Lar Abdon Batista) was used as headquarters of the array until the construction of the new church. Situada na rua Inácio Bastos, 308, a Paróquia Sagrado Coração de Jesus foi a segunda paróquia de Joinville. Desmembrada da então Paróquia São Francisco Xavier, hoje Catedral. Quem assinou o decreto foi o bispo diocesano de Florianópolis, Dom Joaquim. A capela do asilo (atual Lar Abdon Batista) foi utilizada como sede da matriz até a construção da nova igreja.
