The Sätteli pass between Gadmen valley and Engstlen valley
Switzerland

The Sätteli is the highest point of an easy and not too long hike halfway around the Tällistock. The Tällibahn cableway from down in the Gadmen valley helps to avoid a too long ascent and on the other side in Engstlenalp you can go by bus down again.

In the east lies the Tällistock, the first in a chain of very steep limestone mountains where the Titlis is the last one. To the west the Engelhörner rise 1800m vertically above the Urbach valley but they look tiny in front of Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn and Lauteraarhorn.
