The Swann Memorial Fountain in Logan Circle, on the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, is the sexiest and most fun fountain in town. The bronzes are the work of Alexander Stirling Calder (second in the dynasty, father of the famous mobilist).  Here it is dry for its annual cleanout; soon it will be full of water, and bathers.
