The Cathedral Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Light Curitiba is in Tiradentes Square. It is one of the most important cultural heritage of the city. Built from 1876 to 1893 in neo-Gothic style, according to the design of French architect Alphone Plas. It occupies the same site as the former headquarters of the 17th century, as well as its successor, built in 1720. Like its predecessors, the Cathedral is dedicated and houses the image of Our Lady of Light of the Pines, Patroness of Curitiba. 's Cathedral Basilica Minor since September 8, 1993, when he completed 100 years. A Catedral Basílica Menor de Nossa Senhora da Luz de Curitiba fica na Praça Tiradentes. É um dos mais importantes patrimônios culturais da cidade. Construída de 1876 a 1893, em estilo neogótico, segundo o projeto do arquiteto francês Alphone de Plas. Ocupa o mesmo local da antiga matriz do século 17, bem como o da sua sucessora, construída em 1720. Como suas antecessoras, a Catedral é dedicada e abriga a imagem de Nossa Senhora da Luz dos Pinhais, Padroeira de Curitiba. É Catedral Basílica Menor desde 8 de setembro de 1993, quando completou 100 anos.
