This is the Fiesta Cruiser "booze cruise" boat that was beached during a storm in Puerto Penasco (aka Rocky Point) Mexico. Shortly after leaving the harbor on a windy night the Fiesta Cruiser lost power and was set adrift, ultimately it ran aground on Sandy Beach near the Penasco Del Sol hotel. Forty four passengers had to be rescued and tragically one elderly person lost their life , suffering a heart attack during rescue operations.
