Currant, Nevada is an unincorporated community that has been settled since 1868.  It is almost a ghost town in appearance though the area has a population of about 65, sitting on the junction of Highway 6 & Highway 379.  On a topo map there was the indication of an old pioneer grave at this location, to which one can see a burial plot however there is no name.  It may not even be a grave to be honest.
