Denbigh Friary
Wales

The scant remains of Denbigh Friary, a medieval friary founded by Carmelites, also known as the White Friars, in the late 13th century. The surviving structure is the greater part of the church, which was destroyed by fire in 1898.

The large east window, now filled with modern bricks to support framework, was altered in the fifteenth century to give more light.
