On the 17th of March 2020 a strict Corona regulation of the state of Baden-Württemberg came into effect. The government admonished the population: "If possible, stay at home, avoid large crowds, withdraw, observe physical distance.". Large parts of the public life were strictly regulated in an atempt to contain the spread of the Corona virus. The panorama gives in impression of the mood in the usually crowded city of Freiburg. So there is no market on the market place.
