This three-tier waterfall is the product of differential erosion of the Neidong River bed. The middle tier is the largest of the three, dropping 19 meters in a thunderous plunge to the pool below.

Leshuei Bridge and the viewing pavilion by the trail are the best locations at which to enjoy this impressive sight. The uppermost fall pours down from a height of about 13 meters. Of the three falls, it is the only one at which visitors can stay nearby and enjoy the refreshing splash of the water.
