Here we are on stood by the lighthouse on Vincent's Pier in the North Yorkshire seaside  town of Scarborough. Its a sunny, cold day in early March. The statue in front of us is "The Diving Belle". Across the water to the west are the shops on the Foreshore, with the imposing Grand Hotel above. Further around is St. Marys Church and the Castle ruins on the skyline.
