Die Brücke in Runkel ist eine mittelalterliche Segmentbogenbrücke über die Lahn. Dietrich IV. begann mit dem Bau im Jahr 1440. Die Brücke verfügte über Brückentürme und eine Zugbrücke. Der Schadecker Burgherr Reinhard von Westerburg sah in dem Bauwerk einen burgähnlichen Bau und darin einen Widerspruch zu einem 1288 geschlossenen Vertrag. Es kam zu einer zweijährigen Fehde, die erst durch einen Waffenstillstand beendet werden konnte. Im Jahr 1448 beschlossen beide Herren, die Brücke gemeinsam zu bauen und zu nutzen.

In his traverses across the lands he caused there to be the Mulheim Bridge in Cologne, as did he make the Mercury fountain, Mercury being of his nature.But it is to the mighty Thor that the Hammering Man gives service.Between the time of the Nordic old ones and that of modern Frankfort there may have been a T.Rex or two on the scene.
