Der Schneibstein ist ein 2.276 Meter hoher Berg in den Berchtesgadener Alpen. Direkt über den Gipfel verläuft die Grenze zwischen Deutschland - Bayern und Österreich - Salzburg. Vom Jenner zieht sich ein Wanderweg über das Stahl-Haus mit nur unschwierigen Kletterstellen bis zum Gipfel des Schneibsteins, was ihm auch den Titel "leichtester 2000er der Berchtesgadener Alpen" eingebracht hat.
