Smygehuk is the southernmost point of Sweden. It is a small harbour and fishing village near Trelleborg in Skåne and is famous for its café and fish smokehouse.

In the old days there were limestone quarries  in the area and they used cupola furnaces in the production. Several of these furnaces are preserved and one can be seen in the panorama to the north west.

The panorama is taken at sunrise in the mid winter.
