Vladimir Vysotsky monument in Podgorica. Vladimir Semyonovich Vysotsky (1938-1980) was Russian singer, songwriter, poet and actor. On monument is writen:
mne: ...ja zalim u ovom zivotu sto nemam korijena dva, sto drugom domovinom mojom ne zovem Crnu Goru ja!
