Old Lady Water Tower

The Water Tower's reconstruction works started in the summer of 2005 and was completed in May, 2006. It was the part of the PHARE project during which the whole Szent István square was reconstructed. The.plans of the reconstruction were made by Function and Structure Engineering Office.The contractor was SADE Hungary Ltd. The reconstruction of the whole square was completed by the middle of September and then was the opening ceremony of the transformed square and the tower held.
