This field of barley is surrounded by a rich border of wild flowers. We counted 17 varieties. They are planted to encourage wildlife.The field is close to the car park on Win Green Down on the Wessex Ridgeway Footpath. The Down is approached from the nearby town of Shaftsbury up the aptly named Zig-Zag Hill.
