The ground of former steel plant "Gussstahlwerk", closed in the mid 1980s, became home of an outstanding, 300m long building, "Wissenschaftspark". There are placed a lot of innovative companies and institutions.

Auf dem Gelände des ehem. Gussstahlwerks (bis 1985) entstand in der Folge ein ca 300m langes Gebäude mit imposanter Glasfassade, in dem verschiedenste innovative Unternehmen und Institutionen ihren Sitz haben.
