This slope where the vegetation has been cleared by the villagers is a great viewpoint to the roofs of this Kogi village and their pretty huts, nested in the forested mountains of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The architecture of the hut is typical of the Kogi people, and the two sticks at the top of the roofs represent the two highest peaks of the mountaion range.
