The Bike Overpass that crosses Cueihua Road and a section of the railroad is an elevated bridge used by pedestrians and cyclists. Five hundred sixty meters long and 5 meters wide, the bridge connects to the Lotus Pond Bike Lane. Cueihua Road is part of the Taiwan Provincial Highway No. 17 and its traffic makes it very dangerous for pedestrians and bike riders to use. Built at a cost of over NT$280 million, the bridge not only connects the Love River and the Lotus Pond bike lanes, but the design of the Bike Overpass itself is part of the city's landscape for bike riders to enjoy a safe and comfortable ride and a beautiful scenic view.
