View from the upper circle at Hulme Hippodrome, June 2013

The bejewelled interior of Hulme Hippodrome lies hidden and neglected in south Manchester. The Edwardian music hall and theatre opened in 1901, and is a Grade II Listed building. It's a wonderful, emotive building; a real mix of ornament and dereliction.

Read and see more about the location on the original article on my blog here.
