Mikołów - city laid in the south Poland, in the Silesian province, in the south part of the Górnośląskiego Industrial Circle. He is the seat of administrative district mikołowskiego. He borders on with the capital of the province directly - Katowicami and Red Silesian, Upper Łaziskami, Orzeszem, Tychami, Pellets, Ornontowicami, Paniówkami. In years 1975-1998 the city belonged to the katowickiego province administratively.
