Baroque historical building by Guarino Guarini (1624-1683). It was built between 1679 and 1684 for the cadet branch of Savoia family. In 1848 the elliptical dance hall was changed in room for the House of Deputies (Subalpine Parliament). In 1864 the whole building were enlarged and a secondary façade was built.
