Shinkansen in a park

This is one of the proto-type car of Shinkansen. Shinkansen train started a business in 1964, and the car No. 21-100 you see was built in 1973. The car retired in 1991, and it was taken here  on a side of a small park in Akishima-city. The car have been used as a small library of Akishima city until now. You can get on the car on every Tuesday to Sunday in the afternoon with some exceptions. Girls are playing a game, may be a variation of Kankeri, that is one of the popular children's game which starts with a kick to a beverage can.
