St Mary's Church

St Mary's Church, Hemel Hempstead Old Town. Widely accepted as one of the finest Norman Churches in the United Kingdom. It's construction was commenced in 1140 and was dedicated in 1150 although construction continued for another 30 years. A new Spire at 200ft was added in the 14th centry, the tallist in Euroupe.
