Yazılı Kanyon

Yazılı Kanyon is located in the province of Isparta, Turkey. In the canyon the river Göksu, fueled by clean and cold springs. Canyon was named probably because of the Byzantine artifacts, inscriptions, carved into the walls of the canyon. Height of sides canyon ranges from 100 to 400 meters. Rich vegetation, wildlife and natural beauty are not affected by human activities. All this attracts nature lovers soda. The main plant species in the canyon: pine, alder, oak, sycamore, juniper, walnut, olive trees, maple, hawthorn and oleander.
