Fountain of Youth Spring is located along Forest Road 11 near Hilt, California.  The spring source is actually about 100 feet above the gully but is covered by a metal tank to which a hose connects down to this location, where water comes out of this spout.  It maintained a decent flow & perhaps may restore young age.
