There are places in the World that are small in population and area, but because of the name of great and famous men which were born there that places have become famous and known throughout the world. Such place is Weimar - The birthplace of Goethe, but such palce is also Trsic village - The birthplace of Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic (1787 - 1864).

Village of Trsic is situated in Southern - West part of the River Jadar Valley, on the hilly area where mountain stream called "Zeravija" flows giving the entire area the exciting vibrancy and overwhelming beauty.

The event called "Vukov Sabor" is held in Trsic every year in September. It is held in open air theater shown in this panorama.

The event fosters not only tradition but also contemporary art trends. Here are being shown plays, operas, ballets, performed by famous artists and art and theater troupes form all over Serbia.
