The buildings at Mrkocevac were the newest addition to Ivanjica's apartment buildings. They were built in late 1980s to accomodate the growing demand for housing. Today they house some of well to do citizens, and hence the nickname: 'Ivanjica's Beverly Hills' given to Mrkocevac by some citizens of Ivanjica.
