I'd spent 3.5 years working there After the University (from August 2001). It's prison with gates, guard and two rows of the barded wire. You should be on your working place till 7am, in 12:40 you have 40 minutes for lunch and you absolutely free after 4:40pm till the next day 7am. Most of people drinking vodka and really doing nothing behind the factory walls but some people trying to keep advantage and doing incredible products. For time that were spent I got some experience in FPGA and VHDL, making processors design, programming DSP processors ets. But it mostly was gotten by the reason that I was obliged to fill my day timy for something valuable instead of playing
