From the foot of the observation tower of the Anakopian Fortress, there is a great view of New Athos and the Black Sea. The observation tower is the only restored structure in this fortress, everything else is ruins. The Iverskaya mountain is considered a holy place where people make a pilgrimage. There is a holy spring here.
