Jagsthausen - In the castle park
Baden-Wuerttemberg

Jagsthausen Castle, also called Goetzenburg, is one of the tribal seats of the Lords of Berlichingen. Surrounded by a moat, it has a considerable amount of buildings from the 15th and 16th centuries. In the immediate vicinity is the Red Castle. It was built between 1572 and 1590 by Hans Reinhard von Berlichingen. Inside the castle are still murals from the time of the beginning of construction.
