Lighthouses, Cape Arkona, Kap Arkona
Rügen

Cape Arkona is an 45 meter high cape and forms the tip of the peninsula Wittow. The cape Arkona is the southeasternmost point of Germany. It is famous for its lighthouses and chalk cliffs. The lighthouse to the right was designed by the famous German architect Schinkel in classicist style.
