Russia
Perm is a city in the east of the European part of Russia, in the Cis-Urals, on the banks of the Kama River, below the confluence of the Chusovaya River, the administrative center of the Perm Territory and the Perm Region, a transport hub on the Trans-Siberian Railway, a river port, has the status of a city of regional significance and an urban district. Large diversified industrial, scientific and cultural center of the Urals. Population - 1,050,000 people. (2022). The city was founded in 1723, in 1940-1957 it was called Molotov. In 1916, the first university in the Urals was opened in Perm.
