Saguaro National Park 1
Tucson
The Saguaro cactus is that huge magnificent cactus that you know very well. It's the classic cactus, the archetypal cactus. It's the one you draw when you doodle a cactus on a piece of paper. It's the one in comic books, peanut strips, and everywhere else. These things deserve the glory. They are huge! Some of them live for many centuries. In Saguaro National Park you can certainly get your fill of these things. Watch out for rattlesnakes and scorpions. Bring some water. website: www.nps.gov/sagu/
