Schärding - Christophorusbrunnen am Oberen Stadtplatz
Upper Austria

Schärding: (Bairisch: schareng)is a town with 4884 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2012) in Austria. It lies at the Inn, south of Passau, on the western edge of the Innviertel, and local as district capital center for the surrounding district.

Christopher Fountain:

Created in 1963 by Prof. Hans Wimmer, Munich. The large pool symbolizes the abundance of water Schärding, the shipping, the electric current of the Inn power plant and the hot and cold water treatments, as well as the risk of flooding, which was exposed to the city again and again and still is.
