Gulpiyuri Beach Gulpiyuri is a shell shaped little beach in the middle of a meadow, similar to the nearby Buelna's Cobijeru, but probably more impressive. It consists on a little depression under sea level to which the water comes through underground caves, so there are tides and occasionally even surf.
Llanes'e cliffy coastline is full of small beaches that appear and disappear as the tides come up and down. Little islands or boulders -called 'castros' by the locals- may also be found.
This is a green and lush landscape, more reminiscent of Britain or Ireland that the Spanish Mediterranean coastline.
