Made a wonderful walk from the Bernina Hospiz to the Alp Grüm on a wonderful October day.

We first followed the lago Bianco with its green-blue glacier water.

A train of the Rhaetian Railway is going direction Alp Grüm. This train line is the highest-altitude railway transversal in the Alps. Together with the Albula section, it is considered to be the most beautiful Alpine crossing and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage in 2008.
