The neighborhood of Castle dominates the city of Cagliari giving valuable views of the Sardinian capital. With the ancient walls, the imposing towers of San Pancrazio and the Elephant, the narrow streets and open spaces that tell the damage suffered during the wars of the twentieth century, is today the memory of the city. Even if they witnessed the Punic and Roman, the Pisans were to fortify this hill in 1217 and decree for ever, because of the medieval town plan, the ups and downs. Fossario's street is one of the main roads and scenic crossing the district from north to south.
