Dragon's Jaw - The Valley of Llanganuco

Awestruck by nature, I decided to hop on a bus that once again took me to this precarious stretch of the road that meanders this part of the Andes and walked my way back. On this outcrop, the Langanuco Valley is like the jaw of a dragon with the peaks on either side jagging up like the fangs piercing the clouds and the valley floor like the tongue holding the gem, in this case the twin lakes of Llanganuco. On the left: Chopicalqui(6,354m), Huascaran East(6,768m). On the right: Chacraraju(6,112m), Pisco(5,750m) and Huandoy(6,070m).
