The Church "Heiliggeistkirche" in "Heidelberg" stands on the market square in the old town near the castle. This Gothic hall church built of red sandstone with a Baroque roof is probably one of the most popular snapshot scenes in Germany. The panorama shows the late-Gothic interior. The contrast between the diffuse light in the nave, and the shining brightness of the choir is particularly striking in the morning.
