North Fork Salmon River

A small trail in Sawyers Bar, California leads one to public access of the North Fork Salmon River.  Sawyers Bar was founded as a California gold rush town in 1850 & once peaked at 3,000 people.  Alongside the river are large rock tailings, many now overgrown with trees.
