The twelve windmills at Consuegra and La Muela Castle, Toledo, Spain

Consuegra comes from the latin word Consabera, the origin of the first iberic population is dated from the VIth century before Christ, the roman empire placed a castrum and after the muslim era the christians conquered the village on the XIIIth century.

Here you can see the middle age castle called La Muela and some of the twelve world famous windmills placed on the top of the hill.
