This three-tier waterfall is the product of differential erosion of the Neidong River bed. The middle tier is the largest of the three, dropping 19 meters in a thunderous plunge to the pool below.
Leshuei Bridge and the viewing pavilion by the trail are the best locations at which to enjoy this impressive sight. The lower tier is the smallest, descending just three meters. While it lacks the power of the tiers above it, it is still a beautiful sight, especially when viewed from the Leshuei Bridge stretching across the Neidong River.
