The Forum Norwich is the major meeting place in the centre of Norwich.  It was the East of England's Millenium project and houses the public library, a shop, restaurants and a hosts many exhibitions throughout the the year.  This 360 is taken from the first floor of the library overlooking the exhibition space and further on St. Peter Mancroft Church.
