Aerial view of the Paint Pot Crater in Medicine Lake Caldera, California. The small mountain is a red cinder cone that got completely buried by white pumice stone from a more recent nearby eruption. Overtime erosion within the crater has led to it being given the name "Paint Pot". Little Glass Mountain obsidian flow & Little Mount Hoffman in background to the east.
