Courtyard of Castle of Belmonte, Spain

Castle of Belmonte (1456). (Cuenca, Spain).

From WIKIPEDIA

http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belmonte_(Cuenca)

The style of the castle is the fifteenth-century Gothic-Mudejar. Its construction began in 1456 with Don Juan Pacheco. It is likely that the architect who designed the plans out Hanequin Brussels, who worked in the Collegiate, and that continue Guas Juan, who is confirmed to Pacheco worked in the monastery of Parral in Segovia. In addition, its exterior styling is very similar to Manzanares el Real in Madrid and Mombeltrán in Avila, Juan Guas works.
